The Center Studio is a welcoming space for yoga enthusiasts of all levels, dedicated to promoting wellness and community. Also, they’re Green Business Certified! Managed in collaboration with the owner, I oversee the studio's social media accounts, showcasing class offerings, special events, and inspirational content that promotes mindful living.

I have managed The Center Studio's Instagram for four years, guiding the account’s growth and evolution through my expanding expertise.

  • As the social media manager for The Center Studio’s Instagram, I oversee all aspects of content creation, from designing graphics to producing engaging Reels that capture the essence of the studio. I also coordinate collaborations, including organizing giveaways to boost community engagement. Working remotely from Oregon, I collaborate closely with the studio owner, who films additional content on-site in California, ensuring a cohesive and vibrant online presence for the brand.

  • The Center Studio’s Instagram content strategy centers on building a welcoming and supportive community. By creating inspiring Reels, engaging graphics, and interactive posts, I foster a space where followers feel connected to the studio’s mission and each other. Through collaborations, such as giveaways and community features, the account celebrates shared wellness journeys, encouraging engagement and strengthening bonds within the yoga community.

  • The Center Studio’s latest campaign promotes its 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, with a focus on showcasing the transformative experiences of past participants. I manage this campaign by creating compelling Reels that feature testimonials from both instructors and alumni, highlighting the program’s impact and the growth it fosters in each trainee. Through authentic storytelling and visual content, this campaign aims to inspire prospective students by illustrating the supportive and enriching environment The Center Studio offers, encouraging them to take the next step in their yoga journey.

Analysis of class sign-up data reveals a strong correlation between posting engaging Reels that promote specific classes and an increase in registrations. PuffNStuff Aquascapes

PuffNStuff Aquascapes is a vibrant community dedicated to the art of aquatic design. I manage the account, showcasing stunning aquascapes that inspire both novice and experienced aquarists. Followers can enjoy tips, tutorials, and the latest trends in underwater landscaping, all while celebrating the beauty and tranquility of aquatic life.

I launched the PuffNStuff Aquascapes account as a fun way to showcase the stunning aquascapes my partner and I create together. In just a year, this account has blossomed into a valuable professional experience, gaining almost 50K followers across platforms and demonstrating the effectiveness of her marketing capabilities in a niche field.

  • In my role managing the PuffNStuff Aquascapes Instagram and TikTok accounts, I'm responsible for all aspects of content creation and account management. This includes filming and photography to effectively capture the beauty of our aquascapes, along with crafting engaging videos tailored to each platform's unique audience. I oversee content strategy, schedule posts, and analyze engagement metrics to ensure a vibrant online presence. My multi-platform approach allows me to engage followers with content that resonates on both Instagram and TikTok, showcasing the creativity and artistry behind each aquascape.

  • The content strategy for the PuffNStuff Aquascapes account focuses on creating a dynamic and engaging community around the art of aquascaping. By staying updated with current trends, Kaya Stackhouse curates niche content that resonates with followers, ensuring the account remains relevant and appealing. Additionally, sharing glimpses of her personal life adds a relatable, human aspect, fostering a deeper connection with the audience. The strategy also emphasizes educational content, making the hobby accessible to newcomers and enthusiasts alike. Through tutorials, tips, and insights, the account not only showcases beautiful aquascapes but also empowers followers to explore and develop their own aquascaping skills.

  • PuffNStuff has established valuable partnerships with respected brands in the aquascaping community, including FZone Aqua, Hygger, Buce Plant, and ONF Lighting. These collaborations have resulted in sponsored projects that enhance the account's credibility and reach. Currently, PuffNStuff is excited to be working with Flipper Cleaner to curate a specialized bundle of aquarium cleaning products designed specifically for nano tanks, which is the account's specialty. This partnership not only showcases relevant products to the community but also allows for collaborative product development, further aligning PuffNStuff with innovative solutions that cater to aquascaping enthusiasts.

  • As of January 2025, the PuffNStuff Aquascapes account has shown impressive growth and engagement metrics. On Instagram, the account reached 240K users in the past 30 days, with a remarkable 94.2% being non-followers, highlighting a broad reach beyond the existing audience. The account also engaged 24.7K users during this period, with 83.1% of them being non-followers, contributing to an 29.2% increase in followers. On TikTok, the account achieved 289K post views, along with a 2% increase in followers and 11K likes, further solidifying its presence on the platform.

    In terms of monetization, PuffNStuff has reached the threshold on TikTok to earn revenue from videos longer than one minute, allowing for additional income generation through engaging content. The account also operates an Amazon storefront, which has proven lucrative; during December 2024-January 2025, it generated $1,159 in shipped revenue, providing an additional stream of commission-based earnings. These analytics underscore the account's effectiveness in reaching new audiences while capitalizing on various monetization opportunities.

QCS Social Media Support

During my three-month internship with Quality Certification Services (QCS), I took on key responsibilities to ensure the continuity of their social media presence while the Social Media Manager was on leave. I created and posted graphics that not only maintained brand consistency but also aligned with QCS’s mission to inform and engage its organic certification community. This gallery highlights designs crafted through Canva to communicate USDA updates and support QCS’s audience effectively.

Bend the Arc Social Media Support

During a brief volunteer position with Bend the Arc, I managed social media content for their San Luis Obispo, CA, chapter to support their mission of building a multiracial, multiethnic, intergenerational movement. Although my time was cut short due to the pandemic lockdown, I contributed to their vision of an America free from white supremacy, antisemitism, and racism, fostering engagement and support among their diverse community.

Email Campaigns: Retail

For The Center Boutique, an extension of The Center Studio, I crafted and managed retail-focused email campaigns using Flodesk, promoting new products, special offers, and community events to engage and retain customers. Email Campaigns: Personal Services

In collaboration with Tina Templeman, I designed email campaigns to promote wellness retreats, yoga sessions, and massage therapy services. These campaigns were crafted to resonate with Tina's community, combining soothing visuals and informative content to engage subscribers.
